All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our expedition headquarters in Indianapolis. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Expedition Notes

Shipping Restrictions: We ship globally except to select Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Customs & Duties: International adventurers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund using the original payment method:

  • Credit Card Refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return, using the same shipping method as your original order.

Non-Returnable Expedition Gear

To ensure the safety and integrity of our specialized outdoor equipment, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Base Layer Clothing (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bivvy Bags and Emergency Shelters (once opened, for hygiene reasons)
  • Any items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
