Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund using the original payment method:
- Credit Card Refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return, using the same shipping method as your original order.
Non-Returnable Items
